Art prints will be packaged in a rigid mailer.

All orders are shipped from the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland.

Yes - when we ship via Sendle (used for all street addresses) shipping is 100% carbon neutral.

So, what does that mean? Here’s what Sendle have to say:

“Being carbon neutral means that your net release of CO2e into the atmosphere is zero.

Basically, whatever CO2e you emit is cancelled out by a process known as 'offsetting' – that is, supporting projects that reduce emissions, like regenerating precious forest, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, or even training communities in beekeeping!”

Note: shipping to PO boxes via Australia Post is not carbon neutral.

We use HEROPACKs - they’re compostable mailers created from a combination of 30% plant-based materials (such as PLA) and 70% PBAT, a synthetic bonding agent which is a certified compostable material.

If you’d like to re-use your mailer, make sure you open your package by cutting along the dotted line. You’ll find a second unused adhesive strip so you can fill it up, seal it, and send it off again!

If you’re all done with the mailer, you can compost it by first removing all labels/tape, cutting it up and placing it in your home-compost bin.
